Summary

Manage an assigned beauty brand counter delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales and building customer relationships in a luxury department environment. Act as both salesperson and coach to provide exceptional customer experiences using in-store and digital tools. Oversee vendor events and maintain counter presentation and inventory standards to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in loyalty programs
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
