Assistant Store Manager - American Dream

As an Assistant Store Manager at our American Dream Boutique, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting Client Advisors to drive sales, maximizing productivity and profitability, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. You will report directly to the Store Manager and be an integral part of our luxury retail environment.

• Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals.
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus.
• Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Maintain working knowledge of all back of house operations.
• Ensure all store manuals and logs are current.
• Manage implementation and execution of all company initiatives within the store.
• Assist in management of sales, shrink, and controllable expenses including payroll.
• Oversee visual presentation, including planning, implementation, and feedback on strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures in Store including dress guidelines.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, retention, supervision, training, and development of store personnel.

• 3+ years of luxury retail management experience.
• Rich experience and knowledge in luxury retail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
