Job Description
A luxury boutique in Tribeca is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to take on a key leadership role in both sales and management. This position offers a clear path for growth, with the potential to evolve into the Store Manager role. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to support our business operations in the Hamptons in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts by driving results and setting a high standard for the store team, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele, offering personalized wardrobing and lifestyle solutions, including clothing, accessories, and home decor.
- Oversee consignment processes and ensure seamless luxury experiences for all clients.
- Collaborate closely with the store manager to lead, mentor, and develop the store team, fostering a customer-centric, sales-driven environment.
- Utilize Shopify and other retail platforms for efficient sales, inventory management, and customer interactions.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, stock management, and other tasks that contribute to the store’s success.
Experience & Attributes:
- Strong background in luxury ready-to-wear with a deep understanding of client relationships and the premium customer experience.
- Experience in selling a full lifestyle concept, including apparel, accessories, and home decor.
- A hands-on leadership approach and a self-starter mentality, driven by results.
- Proficiency in using Shopify and other technology tools for retail operations.
- Ability to support and potentially oversee operations in the Hamptons location in the future.
