- Partner with Store Director to maximize the potential of all product categories offered in the store.
- Promote customer loyalty to ensure all targets are met.
- Provide the New York office with weekly or ad-hoc business reports.
- Create a supportive, positive, and inclusive working environment.
- Demonstrate sales leadership to the team by playing an active role on the sales floor.
- Ensure team development and training by sharing development plans with the Store Director.
- Ensure that operational procedures are communicated and implemented.
- Control inventory losses and support audits.
Requirements- Passionate about the world of luxury and retail.
- Solid knowledge of products, trends, and sales techniques.
- Extensive sales experience in the fashion and luxury goods sector.
- Exceptional sense of service and ability to take the initiative.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Talent for management, coaching, and team development.
- Computer literate.
- Proficiency in at least 2 languages is highly considered.
