Boutique Director

Summary

The Boutique Director leads the New York Flagship Boutique as the primary leader and brand ambassador, driving exceptional client service and ensuring the boutique meets and exceeds performance targets. This role focuses on developing boutique leadership, coaching teams, and representing the brand in the market through community and partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience
• Coach and develop boutique leaders and their direct reports
• Create a positive culture of feedback diversity respect and teamwork
• Develop and achieve business goals partnering with boutique team and Home Office
• Analyze performance indicators and implement improvements
• Represent the brand through community partnerships events and local engagement
• Maintain boutique image operational standards and ensure in store presence

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong people leadership and development skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for client experience and brand heritage
• Ability to work late nights weekends and some holidays
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
