Store Manager - Meatpacking

Summary

Lead store operations and drive sales performance for the Meatpacking location while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional client service. Manage day to day store functions, mentor associates, and support recruitment and training to maximize business potential and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of store and individual sales targets
• Support store operations including opens closes register and back office procedures
• Mentor coach and develop retail associates to improve competencies and sales
• Monitor and ensure quality of client book data and implement action plans
• Manage recruiting and maintain a pool of potential candidates
• Facilitate staff trainings and new hire inductions and follow up
• Ensure compliance with brand standards procedures and company policies
• Deliver exceptional service and manage customer relationships professionally

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role
• Ability to work effectively in a team with organization awareness and flexibility
• Strong knowledge of products and brand philosophy
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to adapt and coach others
