Cosmetics Counter Manager

Summary

Manage daily operations of the cosmetics counter ensuring exceptional customer service, visual presentation, and sales performance. Lead and coach counter staff to meet sales targets while representing luxury fragrance and beauty standards. Maintain inventory controls and coordinate with store leadership to support product launches and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cosmetics counter team and schedule daily staffing
• Drive sales performance and meet individual and counter targets
• Deliver exceptional client experience through product knowledge and personalized service
• Maintain merchandising standards and attractive product displays
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and sampling events
• Train and develop team members on selling techniques and brand standards

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail or beauty management experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a luxury retail environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Excellent product knowledge of cosmetics and fragrances or ability to learn quickly
• Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
