Summary

Manage daily operations of a cosmetics counter, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Lead and coach a small team to meet performance goals and maintain brand standards. Coordinate merchandising and inventory to optimize product availability and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cosmetics counter team and provide coaching and feedback
• Drive sales through clienteling and product knowledge
• Ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation of the counter
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated service issues
• Execute promotions and in-store events at the counter
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with brand standards

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant retail or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance products
• Proven sales leadership and team coaching skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
