Summary
The Team Manager will lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business and category goals. This role involves hands on coaching, driving clienteling and KPI performance, supporting store operations and collaborating with cross functional teams to maximize sales and maintain brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead from the selling floor providing real time coaching and feedback to Client Advisors
- Support opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty and lead morning briefings
- Drive clienteling activities and utilization of client management tools to grow client base
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance conversations and action plans
- Partner with Store Director on merchandising feedback product performance and replenishment
- Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of store assets
- Collaborate with Operations HR and Loss Prevention to enforce company policies
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in retail luxury retail or service industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to analyze selling reports identify trends and act quickly
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and meet KPIs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong verbal written communication and organizational skills
- Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
