Summary
Responsible for developing and growing business for Polo and Lauren brands across assigned stores or territory by building wholesale partner relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring elevated in-store brand presentation. Role balances business communication, in-store merchandising, and coaching efforts to maximize performance and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for brand development and growth with wholesale partners and store teams.
- Communicate business performance, trends, and opportunities through regular recaps to partners and leadership.
- Execute merchandising strategies and create compelling curated looks consistent with brand guidelines.
- Perform weekly store visits to assess and act on presentation and inventory needs.
- Manage floor moves, price changes, markdowns, and timely processing of new inventory.
- Maintain high store maintenance standards and organized stockroom for replenishment.
- Conduct monthly product and selling seminars to improve regular priced selling and product knowledge.
- Partner with store teams on hiring, staffing, and talent assessment using sales metrics.
- Provide hands on coaching to elevate selling techniques and customer engagement.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- Previous leadership experience with strong business acumen and numbers driven mindset.
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and execute operationally.
- Proactive communicator able to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with basic photography skills.
- Ability to travel, including overnight, based on business needs.
- Motivated, independent, and initiative taking with professional attitude.
- Experience training and coaching retail teams on product and selling techniques.
