Summary
Responsible for developing and growing business for Polo and Lauren brands within assigned store(s) or territory by partnering with wholesale accounts, sales partners, and store teams to elevate brand presentation and drive sales growth. Acts as primary point of contact to execute strategies, merchandise the sales floor, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with account and store management to drive business growth.
- Execute merchandising strategies and floor moves based on seasonal directives and business trends.
- Provide weekly store visits to assess product placement and take timely action.
- Ensure high standards of store maintenance, inventory processing, pricing, and markdown execution.
- Conduct monthly product and selling seminars to educate and engage sales teams.
- Partner in staffing efforts and participate in candidate selection and interviewing.
- Deliver ongoing hands on training and coaching to improve selling performance.
- Prepare and communicate business recaps on sales trends, product needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with sales leads and leadership to implement strategies that drive profitability.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience and strong business acumen with a numbers driven mindset.
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and execute in store needs with operational discipline.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills across teams and partners.
- Proficiency with computer tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and basic photography skills.
- Ability to travel, which may include overnight travel.
- Motivated, independent, and proactive with professional attitude.
- College degree preferred.
