Assistant Store Manager

Summary

KREWE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join its Dallas store team. This role leads the sales cycle, supports and develops the team, and helps deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving store results.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through every step of the sales process and serve as a style advisor.
• Manage, inspire, coach, and develop the sales team.
• Set daily goals and partner with retail colleagues to exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
• Maintain visual brand standards and oversee store operations.
• Drive results through CRM and store events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in flagship retail sales, clienteling, hospitality, or store management.
• Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a strong interest in eyewear.
• Experience driving results through CRM, store events, and KPIs.
• Success training, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
