Assistant Store Manager

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This role helps lead and develop the store team, maintain store standards, and identify opportunities to improve operations and the customer experience. A hands-on leader focus on coaching staff and ensuring visual and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with training teams to coach staff and establish weekly and monthly objectives.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, staff presentation, and clienteling to maximize sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed.
• Coordinate with store support departments and Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills with strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
