Job Description

Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager at Kenzo Woodbury Commons, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in implementing operational policies, sales support, training, and stock management. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, leading Visual Merchandising installations and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Lead team efforts in clienteling and promote new client acquisition and retention.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily opening/closing procedures and maintain accurate inventory.
  • Coach Sales Associates and assist in recruitment and development of staff.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail environment with 1+ years leading teams.
  • Entrepreneurial perspective and ability to succeed in evolving environments.
  • Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
