Assistant Stylist SPV - South Coast Plaza

The FLEX Assistant Stylist, Salesperson Video Program, will collaborate with on-set crews and Project Coordinators to prepare samples for video shoots. This role involves receiving samples from various sources and ensuring they are ready for filming according to the weekly shoot schedules and product volume. Flexibility in working hours and travel between store locations may be required.

• Prepare samples for video shoots, including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors.
• Ensure all products are prepped in time for the assigned filming shift.
• Maintain accurate labeling of products throughout the shoot process.
• Keep the prep area clean and organized according to program and store guidelines.
• Communicate product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional Producer.
• Procure items from the salesfloor as needed, following store guidelines.
• Collaborate with store logistics teams to ensure inventory is checked out during filming.
• Understand the video sample process and corresponding tools.
• Communicate with program teams via Slack.

• Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of high-end retail and Nordstrom service environment.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
