Associate Audit and Control

The Associate, Audit & Control at Holt Renfrew is responsible for managing switchboard, general office, accounts payable, and daily balancing functions within the Cash Office. This role also involves executing internal services provided to the store, including handling general and procedural inquiries, and managing employee parcel and bag checks.

• Answer inbound customer calls following company standards.
• Accurately route calls to recipients or deliver messages promptly.
• Maintain the phone directory for the location.
• Oversee repairs of technical systems such as POS.
• Provide financial support through banking reconciliation, invoice coding, petty cash management, and chargeback investigations.
• Manage Customer’s Own Goods and other No Inventory Value/No Charge tracking.
• Ensure general office practices are maintained and the workplace is neat and tidy to mitigate loss.
• Perform department auditing of company policies and procedures.
• Provide support and follow up on audits to ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of previous work experience in a similar environment, retail preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
