Associate Maintenance

The Associate, Maintenance at Holt Renfrew is responsible for performing general light duty maintenance and housekeeping to ensure high standards of appearance and health and safety within the facility.

• Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Oversee conveyor systems and plumbing.
• Manage security and fire alarms.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of common areas, washrooms, lunch room, and kitchenette.
• Replace light bulbs and ballasts as needed.
• Mount or move pictures, message boards, and other items.
• Relocate furniture and perform painting tasks.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

• 3-5 years of maintenance or superintendent experience.
• Basic English and Math skills.
• Physical stamina and strength where required.
