Boutique Operations Associate - Yorkdale

As a Boutique Operations Associate at Yorkdale, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and aesthetic appeal of our boutique. You will support the retail team by managing stock, visual merchandising, and store operations, contributing to an exceptional client experience.

• Assist the boutique manager with stock management tasks, including inventories preparation and monitoring stock levels.
• Manage visual merchandising, including ordering POSM and testers, setting displays, and maintaining a pristine boutique environment.
• Oversee back of house organization, manage deliveries, and coordinate with NY headquarters for maintenance reports.
• Lead the operations extra staff provider to ensure temporary staff meet standards during key commercial periods.
• Assist in organizing event permissions and shift planning integration.

• Minimum three years’ experience in stock management.
• Experience in retail or administration, ideally in luxury.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational POS systems.
• Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Spanish or Mandarin speaking skills highly preferred.
