- Process transactions accurately and assist with customer inquiries.
- Monitor compliance with POS and LP Policies and Standards.
- Assist with training of operations and logistics associates.
- Oversee service desk maintenance and client information gathering.
- Manage daily cash handling functions and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Support logistics team in order fulfillment and BOPIS operations.
- Collaborate with logistics team on daily tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Maintain awareness of salesfloor and support client experience expectations.
- Assist with seasonal inventory preparations and counts.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role at the service desk.
- Focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of policies and procedures.
- Strong service orientation and interest in technology.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage long lines of customers.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory management preferred.
