Seasonal Associate (Stock, Fulfillment, Merchandising)

Summary

Seasonal Associate supporting back-of-house store operations during the holiday period. Roles include order fulfillment, stock support, and visual merchandising to ensure timely processing of online orders and maintain luxury presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers to meet customer needs
• Locate product and package items to company standards
• Replenish sales floor stock and maintain merchandising standards
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist with store presentation
• Assemble holiday fixtures and place signage and displays
• Rework presentations and rotate stock as merchandise sells down
• Maintain visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for periods and move between store and back office
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use a ladder
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Availability during the holiday season from October 20 to January 10
