Stock Associate - Toronto Holt Renfrew

Summary

The Stock Associate supports shipping and receiving, inventory management, back stock organization, repairs processing, store maintenance, and provides sales floor support as needed. This role partners with store management and Inventory Control to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stock operations in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving and ensure timely accurate shipments
• Process inter-store transfers and check in new merchandise
• Manage store supplies levels and replace items as needed
• Process, ship, and track repairs in partnership with management
• Organize and maintain back stock for accessibility
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation
• Assist with visual display implementation and communicate visual standards
• Oversee daily store maintenance and manage repair calls
• Support the sales floor and complete additional projects as directed

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and word processing
• Experience with inventory systems such as JDA
• Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Ability to react quickly in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to drive results
