Summary
Part time Operations Associate reporting to the Operations Leader at The Eaton Centre store. Responsible for customer service, POS transactions, order fulfillment and supporting store operations to maintain merchandise standards and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Process client transactions accurately through the POS system and manage daily cash handling functions
- Collect and maintain client contact information and support service desk activities
- Support picking of E commerce and in store transfer orders and BOPIS operations
- Assist with logistics tasks including markdowns, re tagging and re ticketing
- Maintain store presentation and assist visual team with seasonal displays and events
- Support season inventory preparations and counts and monitor return items
- Provide floor support for basic client inquiries and cross functional team assistance
- Adhere to company standards and deliver consistent exceptional service
- Support ad hoc projects and demonstrate core values
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Experience with shipping receiving merchandising order fulfillment and inventory management
- Experience in a client facing service desk role is preferred
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in using technology to support retail customer service
- Ability to multi task and manage customer lines calmly and efficiently
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to support daily tasks and flexible store needs
