Operations Associate - Sherway Gardens

As an Operations Associate at Harry Rosen Sherway Gardens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions, and supporting various store functions to enhance the customer experience.

• Accurately control and process client transactions through the POS system with efficiency.
• Collect and maintain client contact information and files.
• Support service desk activities and ensure it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Provide basic client resolution services and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage daily cash handling functions, including opening/closing registers and preparing bank deposits.
• Support with picking E-Commerce and IST orders and assist with BOPIS operations activities.
• Maintain store organization and merchandise standards.
• Assist visual team with seasonal merchandise changes and special events.
• Provide cross-functional team support and adhere to company standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Strong service orientation and desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Interest in technology and its application in retail customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
