Stock Associate

As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store teams by ensuring efficient stockroom operations and maximizing the shopping experience for all clients. You will be responsible for maintaining stockroom organization, processing inventory movements, and assisting in store operations.

• Train teams on stockroom operations, inventory prep, and other operational functions.
• Assist in store openings and closures, particularly on the West Coast.
• Support offsite event logistics and store teams in enhancing the shopping experience.
• Process inventory movements and ensure adherence to shipment standards.
• Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, ensuring all styles are represented on the sales floor.
• Assist in shipping customer goods and handling corporate documents.
• Communicate with management regarding shipment discrepancies and inventory needs.
• Perform price changes, re-ticketing, and markdowns as required.
• Assist sales staff in developing customer relationships and fulfilling Cashier duties.
• Demonstrate superior customer service practices to maximize sales and prevent shrink.

• 1+ years of experience in retail or stockroom operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
