Responsibilities- Maintain timely and accurate Customer Transfer Sale (CTS) and online sales order management.
- Produce order pick lists multiple times per day as required.
- Ensure hold orders are executed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Input shipping confirmations into the database in a timely manner.
- Organize picking routes based on volume and customer express orders.
- Process and update all orders on proper systems.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping.
- Inspect all client orders prior to packing and shipping to monitor for mismates, quality, newness, and damages.
- Ensure label orders are correct for their proper destination.
- Update and maintain all systems accordingly by following up on order notifications on the portal and Apps.
- Prioritize and action all orders based on time sensitivity.
- Pick, ship, and confirm all orders in a timely manner.
- Secure and safely store all orders as required.
- Process customer returns that are shipped back to stores by tracking, monitoring, and logging all store returns.
Requirements- 1+ years of experience in order fulfillment or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and related software.
