- Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and support visual, merchandising, and operations needs.
- Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
- Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance.
- Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise and manage client deliveries.
- Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Action-oriented and result-driven with strong customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Social perceptiveness and foreign language skills are a plus.
