Summary
The Associate Brand Manager, Krug & Ruinart, drives execution of luxury marketing programs and high-end experiential platforms across the U.S., translating brand strategy into high-impact initiatives. This hybrid, NYC-based role partners with cross-functional and global Maison stakeholders to design immersive brand experiences, manage A&P budget allocation, and protect brand equity while delivering commercial results. The ABM oversees program planning, execution, and performance tracking to build desirability and long-term consumer advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute immersive brand experiences and bespoke hosting initiatives for high-net-worth consumers and trade partners.
- Support annual brand planning and drive U.S. marketing priorities in collaboration with Brand Manager and cross-functional teams.
- Manage end-to-end program implementation, including VIP dinners, Maison visits, tastings, and partnerships with chefs and sommeliers.
- Partner with Trade Marketing to develop elevated POSM, merchandising assets, and luxury ritual tools for top-tier accounts.
- Oversee A&P budget deployment, track spend, and optimize allocations against strategic priorities and KPIs.
- Serve as day-to-day liaison with agency partners and external vendors, ensuring high standards of creative output and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent experience a plus).
- 3–5 years of progressive brand marketing or experiential management experience within luxury goods, fine wine & spirits, luxury hospitality, or prestige lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects, budgets, and high-touch events with strong attention to detail.
- Strong business and financial acumen; experience establishing and tracking program KPIs and brand health metrics.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with executive presence for VIP-facing interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); Photoshop experience a plus; understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system is a plus.
