Summary
The Associate Brand Manager, Dom Perignon supports the execution of a consumer-centric brand marketing strategy and helps deliver programming and activations across markets and channels. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to develop brand programming that elevates desirability and contributes to commercial growth. Hybrid role based in the New York City office (in-office three days per week).
Responsibilities
- Support the Dom Perignon brand team and Champagne & Sparkling stakeholders to implement brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing programs and activations to support volume and profit targets.
- Coordinate the development of elevated POS materials and brand assets with Channel Programming and Trade Marketing.
- Lead day-to-day tracking and management of the brand A&P to ensure spend is delivered within budget.
- Support the annual brand planning process in collaboration with Senior Brand Manager, Strategy & Business Planning, Digital, Commercial and COE teams.
- Manage relationships with agency partners and premium third-party collaborators to ensure high standards of creative output and execution.
- Partner with Field & Trade Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure seamless program implementation and adherence to brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent experience a plus).
- 3–5 years of progressive brand marketing or experiential management experience within luxury goods, fine wine & spirits, luxury hospitality or prestige lifestyle brands.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and working with agencies and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence for interaction with VIPs and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision making; understanding of brand strategy in a commercial context.
- Knowledge of the U.S. three-tier distribution system is a plus; must be authorized to work in the United States.
