Responsibilities

• Uphold luxury service standards and proactively exceed client expectations.
• Cultivate personalized client relationships and serve as a dedicated point of contact.
• Provide deep product knowledge and accurate information on new arrivals and features.
• Resolve client inquiries and escalate or collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution.
• Support e-commerce order inquiries, purchases, returns, and related issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, case management, and meet quality and productivity metrics.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a related client service or retail support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong empathy for clients.
• Proven problem-solving ability, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, call routing, and relevant client engagement tools.
• Ability to be onsite in Piscataway, NJ for onboarding and travel to local CHANEL points of sale as needed.
