Associate Digital & CX

As an Associate in the Digital & CX team at Chanel, you will provide essential administrative support to the US Chief Digital and CX Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the business while being at the heart of the Digital & CX team. You will manage calendars, expenses, and travel coordination, and contribute creatively to event planning and team gatherings.

• Manage the calendar of the Digital & CX executive, including day-to-day meetings and travel arrangements.
• Handle executive expenses for accurate and timely approval and payment.
• Coordinate local and global travel arrangements and create detailed travel itineraries.
• Assist in meeting preparation, including technology setup, printed materials, and catering coordination.
• Organize key Digital & CX leadership gatherings and logistics.
• Plan and organize logistics for team off-site meetings and events.
• Assist with logistical onboarding of new team members.
• Manage Microsoft Teams communications channels and digital files.
• Track milestones and celebrations within the team.

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Strong organizational and proactive skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Curiosity and interest in the digital world and Chanel brand.
