Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, fostering strong relationships through personalized outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate with Client Relations teams on high-end client retention & development strategies while identifying and recruiting new high-potential prospects.
- Utilize digital platforms including live chat, video calls, and messaging apps, to drive sales and provide bespoke shopping experiences.
- Develop consignment program with top tier clients.
- Maintain CRM records with detailed client insights to drive repeat business and anticipate client needs.
- Act as a Fendi digital ambassador, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience for clients and mentoring Client Service advisors on digital clienteling best practices.
- Conduct virtual and in-person client appointments, offering expert styling advice and exclusive product recommendations.
- Host during digital and in-person client events, providing exclusive and immersive experiences.
- Respond to inbound phone and chat to convert high level prospects into loyal clients.
- Stay ahead of fashion trends, new product launches, and luxury market shifts to ensure meaningful client conversations and inspire with relevant styling advices.
- Drive personal sales targets and contribute to the overall penetration of high-end sales across all product categories.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
- Proven experience in luxury fashion digital sales, and client relations.
- Strong digital fluency, including experience with social media, e-commerce, and virtual selling tools.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to embody the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently and innovate.
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and innovative selling methods.
- Fashion-forward approach with a passion for styling and luxury etiquette.
- Ability to build and maintain a client book of high-net-worth individuals, with a proven track record of strong sales performance.
- Spanish language skills is a plus.
- Flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Up to 10% travel.
