Summary
Lead and inspire a cross-functional gallery team to deliver a luxury design experience, drive results, and support associate development while embodying the brand's vision and aesthetic. This role focuses on leadership, strategy execution, and ensuring operational excellence across the Atlanta gallery.
Responsibilities
- Provide polished representation of the brand through communication and appearance
- Coach, lead and develop gallery teams to foster a positive and dynamic environment
- Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
- Educate teams on product assortment and the RH point of view
- Attract and hire talent at all levels to meet business needs
- Recognize and respond to complex priorities and human resources concerns with People Team partnership
- Embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude
- Ensure teams are empowered to remove obstacles and do the right thing
- Maintain operational standards on the gallery floor, stock room and office
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility with results-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn and execute the RH design aesthetic
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
