The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury guest and associate experience across the gallery. This role leads cross functional teams to execute strategy, remove obstacles, develop talent, and drive results while embodying the brand vision and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop gallery teams through coaching and performance management
- Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
- Educate teams on product assortment and the brand point of view
- Drive results through team engagement empowerment and accountability
- Attract and hire talent at multiple levels to support business needs
- Manage complex priorities and partner with People Team on HR matters
- Embrace change and maintain a positive attitude to achieve top results
- Ensure quality standards and attention to detail across gallery operations
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization leadership and decision making skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire teams
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic agility and results driven mindset
- Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks on the gallery floor
