Job Description

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Manager at the Lenox Square store, leading sales efforts, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role focuses on team development, client relationship building, and representing the product category to corporate merchandising. The Team Lead acts as a role model for brand values and service standards while driving business results.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal sales goals and support the team in meeting targets
  • Cultivate and expand a personal client portfolio
  • Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and maintain service standards
  • Coach and develop team members with personalized action plans
  • Support recruiting and talent development and contribute to succession planning
  • Motivate the team to drive business results and foster a collaborative environment
  • Serve as the store point person for the Corporate Merchandising team
  • Provide feedback on product performance quality client insights and market trends
  • Implement category action plans through team briefings and engagement

Requirements

  • Proven retail leadership experience in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong sales track record and client development skills
  • Ability to coach motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of product merchandising and market trends
  • Client centric service orientation and commitment to brand values
  • Ability to manage a sales floor and drive business initiatives
