Job Description

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering first-class service and creating a luxury experience across the gallery. This leader supports and empowers teams, drives strategy and execution, and champions the RH design aesthetic while managing cross-functional priorities and human resources concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams through coaching and performance management
  • Deliver a luxury customer and associate experience through polished communication and professionalism
  • Drive results via team engagement, empowerment and accountability
  • Educate teams on product assortment and the RH point of view
  • Attract and hire talent across all levels
  • Recognize and respond to complex priorities with strategic agility
  • Partner with People Team to address human resources concerns
  • Maintain high standards of organization and attention to quality
  • Support gallery operations including floor and stockroom coordination

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
  • Superior organization and leadership skills
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
  • Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strategic and mental agility and results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to learn and execute the RH design aesthetic
  • Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
