Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader will provide leadership across all facets of the gallery, delivering a luxury customer experience while coaching and empowering teams. This role focuses on strategy and execution, talent attraction and development, and representing the brand through professionalism and a passion for design. The leader will partner with people operations to address HR matters and drive results through team engagement and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cross functional teams to promote a positive dynamic environment
• Coach and mentor associates to deliver first class service and luxury experiences
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Attract and hire talent at all levels to meet business needs
• Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
• Educate teams on product assortment and the company point of view
• Prioritize and respond to complex priorities in partnership with People Team
• Embrace change and deliver results with a positive attitude

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making abilities
• Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
