The Associate Gallery Leader is a luxury retail leader responsible for delivering first-class service and creating a refined gallery experience. This role leads cross-functional teams to execute strategy, remove obstacles for Associates, and drive results while embodying the brand's design vision and high standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop gallery teams through coaching and performance management
- Represent the brand with polished communication and professional appearance
- Educate teams on product assortment and the RH design point of view
- Drive results by engaging, empowering, and holding teams accountable
- Attract and hire talent at all levels to meet business needs
- Respond to complex priorities and partner with People Team on HR matters
- Embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude
- Ensure gallery operations support a luxury customer experience
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility with results-driven focus
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform physical gallery tasks
