The Associate Gallery Leader is a retail leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury in-gallery experience, leading cross-functional teams, removing obstacles for associates, and driving strategy and execution to achieve results while representing the brand with professionalism and passion for design.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across all facets of the gallery business
- Deliver first-class service and create a luxury experience for associates and customers
- Coach lead and develop teams to foster a positive dynamic environment
- Drive results through team engagement empowerment and accountability
- Attract and hire talent at all levels to meet business needs
- Educate teams on product assortment and brand point of view
- Address complex priorities and human resources concerns with People Team partnership
- Demonstrate polished communication personal appearance and professionalism

Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization leadership and people development skills
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making abilities
- Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility with results driven mindset
- Ability to learn and execute the company design aesthetic
- Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver gallery floor and stock room
