Summary
Serve as a hands on leader supporting the Hospitality Leader to deliver exceptional dining service and operational excellence within the property. Drive team development, uphold safety and quality standards, manage labor and sales performance, and step into full leadership responsibilities when needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Team Members through training and real time coaching to maintain dining room service standards
- Partner with the Hospitality Leader on recruitment hiring and onboarding to build a high performing team
- Implement and uphold quality safety and regulatory standards across hospitality spaces
- Engage with guests and Team Members to create a seamless experience
- Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue enhancing practices
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business and client experience
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader
- Utilize point of sale and inventory systems to support operations
Requirements
- 3+ years hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor food costs and inventory controls
- Experience with Microsoft Excel inventory management and Micros or equivalent point of sale systems
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across leadership levels
- Authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
