Summary
Lead and support dining room operations as a member of the Property Leadership Team, partnering with the Hospitality Leader to execute the RH vision and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Drive service and operational excellence while developing team members and supporting financial and scheduling goals. Act as the operational lead in the Hospitality Leader's absence and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members through structured training and on the job coaching to uphold dining room service standards
- Partner with the Hospitality Leader on recruitment hiring onboarding and team performance
- Implement and maintain quality safety and regulatory standards across hospitality spaces
- Engage with guests and team members to create a seamless hospitality experience
- Support financial performance by assessing labor and sales and implementing revenue enhancing practices
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business operations and client experience
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader
- Use point of sale and inventory systems to support operations and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor food costs and inventory controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel inventory management systems and Micros point of sale or equivalent
- Ability to work autonomously make strategic decisions and collaborate across leadership
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods
