Summary
The Associate Gallery Leader provides leadership across all facets of the gallery to deliver a luxury customer and associate experience. This role coaches and develops cross functional teams, drives results through engagement and accountability, and supports execution of the RH design vision and strategy.

- Represent the brand through polished communication and professional presence
- Coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment
- Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
- Attract and hire talent at multiple levels
- Educate teams on product assortment and company point of view
- Recognize and respond to complex priorities and human resources concerns
- Support cross functional strategy and execution to achieve business goals
- Maintain gallery standards and ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility with results driven mindset
- Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
