Summary

The Team Lead supports the Store Manager in coaching and developing the sales team, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role models brand values, assists with operational duties, and helps manage inventory and staff planning. The Team Lead contributes to commercial strategy by providing market feedback and implementing actions to boost business.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members and provide consistent feedback and coaching
• Support Store Manager in staff planning, recruiting and succession planning
• Drive sales through clienteling, cross-selling and building personal client portfolio
• Lead morning briefings and team trainings to communicate corporate strategy
• Support operations including inventory management and store standards
• Implement action plans to maximize product performance and sales
• Provide product recommendations and market feedback to the corporate office
• Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team

Requirements

• Proven retail leadership experience with responsibility for coaching or supervising staff
• Strong clienteling and sales skills with a commercial mindset
• Ability to communicate corporate strategy and deliver trainings
• Experience supporting operations and inventory management
• Capability to recruit and develop talent and support succession plans
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork
