Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader leads all facets of the business and guides a cross-functional team in delivering a luxury experience. This role supports and empowers associates while driving strategy, execution, and results in a luxury home furnishings gallery.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, professionalism, and a passion for luxury design.
• Educate teams on the product assortment and design point of view.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams, fostering a positive and dynamic environment.
• Drive results through engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
• Attract talent and respond to complex priorities and human resources concerns in partnership with the People Team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others, with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.
• Passion and ability to master and execute the design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks.
