Summary

The Outlet Sales Associate delivers personalized customer service and supports sales performance in a luxury home furnishings outlet. This role helps customers understand RH products and ensures the store reflects the brand's aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through professional communication and exceptional service.
• Engage and educate customers about products, features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the assortment, services, and policies.
• Keep merchandise presentation and the store appearance aligned with the RH aesthetic.
• Process sales transactions accurately and contribute to team sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical activities including bending, kneeling, and climbing.
