Summary
The Associate Gallery Leader will lead the Seattle gallery team to deliver first-class luxury experiences, coaching and developing cross-functional teams while driving strategic execution and results. This role requires a deep passion for luxury design, strong leadership, and the ability to empower associates to operate autonomously and solve complex priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop gallery associates to ensure high-performance and exceptional customer service.
- Represent the brand through polished communication, professional appearance, and service standards.
- Educate teams on product assortment and the company design perspective.
- Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, accountability, and strategic execution.
- Attract, hire, and retain talent and address human resources concerns in partnership with People/HR.
- Remove obstacles for associates, manage competing priorities, and embrace change to deliver top results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
- Superior organization, leadership, and strategic thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; proven ability to motivate and influence others.
- Commitment to quality and the ability to master and execute the company design aesthetic.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks on the gallery floor and in stock areas.
