Summary
Lead the Valentino concession within a department store, driving commercial results while ensuring an exceptional client experience and maintaining brand standards. The Store Manager is responsible for executing business strategies, coaching the team, and developing strong relationships with department store partners and local stylists.
Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership and cultivate a couture service mindset to optimize the in-store client experience.
- Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to achieve targets and profitability objectives.
- Act as liaison with department store leadership, HR, merchandising, and corporate teams to align strategy and operations.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain store talent; set goals, manage schedules, and address personnel issues per company policies.
- Manage CRM, clienteling, events, and database to recruit, retain, and upgrade clients; integrate digital tools into the client journey.
- Oversee store operations including inventory, cash procedures, merchandising, visual standards, and loss prevention tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of store management or leadership experience, preferably in luxury department store environments.
- Proven track record achieving results and developing teams with strong business acumen and KPI focus.
- Excellent client knowledge, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities, create action plans, and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in store sales and operations systems, with attention to detail and professional presentation standards.
