Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader leads all facets of the gallery business and delivers a first-class luxury experience for associates and customers. This role leads a cross-functional team, drives strategy and execution, and represents the RH brand and design aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and develop teams while fostering a positive and dynamic environment.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
• Attract talent and address human resources concerns in partnership with the People Team.
• Educate teams on the product assortment and RH design point of view.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Passion and ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, bending, and climbing.
