Summary

The Interim Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences and drives sales for assigned luxury beauty brands. This role combines customer-facing sales and education while building strong customer and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, maintain vendor relationships, and keep the department organized and customer-ready.
• Build customer loyalty, process sales and returns, and stay current on beauty trends and products.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, skincare, and customer service.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 25 pounds.
