Summary

The Outlet Sales Leader will lead a high-energy sales team at the Bellevue Outlet to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve revenue and margin targets. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive sales excellence, maintain brand presentation, and manage day-to-day store operations. The leader will train, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring operational and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and mentor team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with standards and timelines
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain elevated brand and visual standards for merchandise presentation and store appearance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure operational excellence including inventory, safety, and merchandising compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks
