Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager leads the Bellevue store to achieve business objectives by driving sales, managing KPIs, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is responsible for talent development, recruitment, and performance management while ensuring operational excellence across all store functions. The Manager partners with regional leadership to analyze business performance and execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity through KPI management, business analysis, and action planning.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development for store staff.
• Maintain daily store operations including inventory, cash management, payroll, shipping and receiving, and expense control.
• Deliver outstanding client experiences through sales leadership, clienteling, events, and after sales service management.
• Execute visual merchandising standards, floor moves, stock analysis, and support product launches to maximize sell-through.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Proven track record of sales generation, client development, and team leadership.
• Strong communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and business acumen.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays and to stand and walk for the majority of a 40-hour workweek.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM and inventory management systems.
